1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing antonioexports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

2. Nature of Website Content

Product information, specifications and pricing indicators on this website are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. All orders are subject to a formal quotation and mutually signed proforma invoice or sales contract.

3. Orders & Quotations

Quotations issued via RFQ are valid for the period stated therein. Final terms, including price, quantity, packaging and delivery schedule, are confirmed in a signed proforma invoice prior to production.

4. Quality & Inspection

All products are inspected under our internal HACCP-controlled quality process prior to shipment. Buyers wishing to conduct independent pre-shipment inspection should arrange this with our export team in advance.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Risk and title transfer in accordance with the Incoterm agreed for each shipment (EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or DDP), as defined by Incoterms 2020.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis as described in our Payment Terms page, and may include deposit and balance structures, Letter of Credit, or other mutually agreed arrangements.

7. Force Majeure

Antonio Marine Exports shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, port congestion, natural disaster, or governmental action.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
