Cold Chain Integrity: How We Protect Seafood Quality from Vessel to Port of Discharge

Cold chain integrity is the single biggest determinant of landed quality in frozen seafood export. Temperature abuse — even brief exposure above -18°C — accelerates ice crystal formation, degrades texture, and shortens effective shelf life.

Our process begins at the point of landing, where catch moves directly into processing within hours, never sitting at ambient temperature. IQF and block-freezing tunnels bring product to core temperature rapidly, minimizing large ice crystal formation.

From cold storage to container stuffing, every reefer is pre-cooled, temperature-logged throughout transit, and data is shared with the buyer on request — giving full visibility from our facility to your port of discharge.
