Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Antonio Marine Exports products?
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft reefer container, approximately 14–16 metric tons depending on product density and packaging. We work with new importers on smaller trial shipments where operationally feasible — speak to our team about your specific requirement.
How do I request a quote (RFQ)?
Submit an RFQ through our product inquiry form or contact form with your target product, specification (size, form, packaging), quantity, and destination port. Our export team responds with a formal quotation within 1–2 business days.
Can you supply private label or custom packaging?
Yes, private label and custom retail packaging is available subject to minimum packaging run quantities. Share your artwork specifications with our team for a tailored quote.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), SWIFT, Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C), Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and Payoneer. We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, JPY, AUD, CAD, SGD and INR.
Do you require a Letter of Credit for new buyers?
L/C is available and often preferred for first-time orders above a certain volume, though we also work with T/T advance payment terms for established relationships. Terms are agreed case-by-case based on order size and buyer history.
Logistics
Which Incoterms do you quote under?
We quote under EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP — our team can help you select the structure that matches your logistics capability and risk appetite.
Which ports do you export from?
We export primarily from Chennai, Tuticorin, Cochin, Mumbai (Nhava Sheva/JNPT) and Visakhapatnam, selecting the optimal port based on your destination and transit-time requirements.
Do you offer LCL shipments for smaller orders?
Yes, LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation is available for trial orders or buyers testing a new product line before committing to a full container.
Quality
What quality certifications does Antonio Marine Exports hold?
Our facilities and products are certified to HACCP, BRCGS and ISO 22000 standards, hold EU Health Certification, and are Halal certified. Country-specific certifications (FDA, GACC, SFDA, CFIA) are maintained as required for each export destination.
How is cold-chain integrity maintained during transit?
Product is blast-frozen or IQF processed within hours of landing, stored at -18°C or below, and shipped in pre-cooled reefer containers with continuous temperature logging shared with the buyer on request.
